Want to see how CEO pay pas changed over the past 35 years?

I for one fail to see how this is justified. Has CEO compensation increased while the workers’ pay has stagnated? Or have they both grown at different rates? What is the justification? Is the management world made more complicated by the Internet and other modern tools or less? What are the weekly hours of work we’re talking about here. It’s just not possible to work this math in any sort of hourly way. There aren’t enough hours in the week. Perhaps I’m biased as a small business owner, caught somewhere in the middle and feeling much closer to the affect the wages I pay my staff have.
