Thanks. I am syncing my iPhone right now (not done yet) but I have a feeling that it will work. I’ve tried everything before finally googling about what “unknown error occured (-39)” is & found this solution.

Had my doubts since I had pictures showing and not showing. Error kept appearing, but removing completely, then adding back a file or two cleared everything up. This is great!
